interieur Domstad - de balie van de IBTC

Venue Domstad Utrecht

Just an 8–10 minute walk—or a single tram stop—from Utrecht Central Station and Jaarbeurs Utrecht, Domstad is ideally located for easy access by train, tram, car, bike, or on foot. As the most centrally located major city in the Netherlands, Utrecht is the country’s primary railway hub, offering direct connections to Amsterdam, Schiphol Airport, Rotterdam, The Hague, Arnhem, Eindhoven, and beyond.

Attendees can easily move between Domstad and Jaarbeurs by foot or bicycle, making it simple to combine the conference with a visit to the build-up phase of the Fiets en Wandelbeurs.

With 45 modern, functional rooms accommodating groups from 2 to 350 people, Domstad is well suited for both small-scale meetings and larger plenary sessions.

The IBTC will take place in the Hicle Main Hall, Hicle Conference Room, and the catering area, providing ample space for presentations, discussions, and networking.

Transport

Public & human powered transportation
from Utrecht Central Station

On foot (approx. 10 minutes):
Take the Jaarbeursplein exit. Walk towards the ASN Bank building, keep to the right and walk alongside the building. Follow the Graadt van Roggenweg (with the tram tracks). At the tram stop/traffic lights, cross the road — our building is on the left, in the side street.

By light rail (sneltram):
Get off at the Graadt van Roggenweg stop. Our building is immediately visible in the side street to the west of the stop.

By bicycle
The covered bicycle parking is located behind the building, accessible via the car park. There is also a charging point for electric bikes.

Arriving by car

Domstad’s recommendation for non-exhibitors Fiets en Wandelbeurs: We advise using P+R Westraven, located on the A12 (exit 17: Kanaleneiland / Jaarbeurs / Transferium), for just €7.50. From there, take the express tram (line 20 or 21, every 10 minutes towards Utrecht Central Station) and get off right at our doorstep — Graadt van Roggenweg stop. This way, you avoid driving into the (busy) city centre, searching for a parking spot, and paying high parking fees. Parking at Domstad’s private lot behind the building is very limited. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. In the neighborhood surrounding the venue, paid parking is available at street level via payment machines (debit card only). 2025 rate: €47.59 for a day pass (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM).
